The TEFL show presents part 2 of our recent interview with Paul Walsh of Teachers as Workers fame. In this episode, Paul discusses two of his other projects. One of them is called Decentralised Teaching, a website dedicated to the philosophy of making our classrooms more democratic, espouses learner empowerment and celebrates the idea of having a negotiated syllabus.
